SHIPPING:

 

Please allow 5 working days for your item to ship. If you require immediate shipping or have special instructions please contact me to arrange the shipping of your item.

 

Shipping prices reflect the care taken to ensure your fragile pieces arrive safely and in one piece. Each item is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a box of protective peanuts.

 

If you happen to be on SJ Island and would like to pick up your items please use Shipping Option: PICKUP and you will not be charged shipping. Please let me know in advance when you plan to stop by, unless my road sign say Open.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

 

I inspect every piece for flaws before it leaves my studio. All products are handmade, slight variations in clay or glaze, finish and size are to be expected. I hope you agree that these minor irregularities contribute to the uniqueness and beauty of each handmade item. If you feel you have a defective item, please contact me directly. I will work with you to diagnose the problem, and either replace the item or issue you a refund.

 

I want you to feel good about your purchase as my work is very personal and I take great pride in creating well crafted ceramics.

 

If you need to return an item, please contact me. Insure the package with the parcel carrier.

 

DAMAGED GOODS:

 

If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping please take a photo for insurance purposes and contact me as soon as possible to arrange a replacement.

CARE AND USE:

My ceramics are made of porcelain or stoneware clay are dishwasher and microwave safe. Handle with care and your pieces will bring you bring you joy for years to come.
